For most apps (in medication and business) impressive mid-infrared radiation may be handy. Because of this, Q-switch operated Er:YAG laser and corresponding supply method are required. We report about specially intended LiNbO three Pockels mobile by support of which the small 60 ns mid-infrared pulses were being generated. For big pulse generation
